A benefits cheat from Stoke-on-Trent who swindled £29,000 in Universal Credit has managed to avoid jail. Jordan Emery of Winchester Avenue, Bentilee, dishonestly failed to notify a change of circumstances which affected his entitlement to Universal Credit.
