The father of one of the teenagers killed in the A66 crash has been charged with assaulting a mourner at his son's funeral. Gye Worthy, 39, was arrested at Teesside Crematorium in Middlesbrough after a disturbance at a service on Wednesday. Cleveland Police have now charged him with common assault and obstructing police.
