A Green councillor in Birmingham has been charged with assaulting five people, including three police officers. Siobhan Harper-Nunes, 66, was arrested last week after police were called to reports of disorder. Officers arrived to the junction of Monument Road and Hagley Road in Edgbaston at around 5pm on Thursday where they arrested the councillor on suspicion of assault.
