The Government has been urged to review its housing regulations after a report revealed that the £21billion housing fund is not set up to ensure balanced building across the country. The Public Accounts Committee’s report detailed that they do not feel that the Department and Homes England is adopting a strategic approach to ensure a balanced range of locations for the National Housing Delivery Fund.
