Police claim Nottingham attacks were 'not preventable' despite repeated state failures
Police have told the public inquiry into the Nottingham attacks that the killings were not "reasonably foreseeable or preventable", despite the force having encountered Valdo Calocane on 10 or 11 occasions between 2020 and 2022.
