Police launch probe into death of man pulled from canal following chase near Notting Hill Carnival
A police probe has been launched after a man died running away from officers and entering a canal near Notting Hill Carnival. Karnell Kelly entered the water in the vicinity of Meanwhile Gardens, off Kensal Road. The 25-year-old was wearing a face covering when he approached the event.
