RAF jet crashes and bursts into flames as pilots seen ejecting just moments after takeoff
An RAF jet has crashed shortly after take-off near a military base in Wales, leaving two pilots injured, the MoD has confirmed.
Two pilots ejected from the Hawk T2 training jet before the plane went down.
A Royal Air Force spokesman said: "An incident involving an RAF T2 Hawk aircraft, flying out of RAF Valley, occurred near Anglesey.
"An investigation is underway and we will not comment further at this time."
